To activate and register your cellular gateway submit the following information.

All fields are required to ensure the device is recognized by Safety First Wireless.

NOTE: The device ID (IMEI) and SIM numbers can be found on the bottom of the gateway.

An activation confirmation will be sent shortly to the email you submit on this form.
